Kevin is the most renowned EB-5 economist and has founded over 1/4th of all the EB-5 Regional Centres. He was named EB-5 Service Provider of the Year in two consecutive years (2010, 2011) by Artisan Business Group which runs the most widely-read EB-5 blog. Kevin is now a member of the Baker Tilly EB-5 team leading their efforts to expand their offerings to their international accounting practice located in over 140 countries.
